Hello! I am a 2014 grad from the University of Michigan's school of Art And Design. After college, I put pursuing a full-time job in the creative field on hold in order to take care of a few eye surgeries that I needed to have done in order to get rid of double vision that I was having. The surgeries were successful! Currently, I am working in retail management, but I would love to pursue my passion in the arts.

Part of a three-person management team managing ~50 employees at a 1.3 million volume store.
Duties include: completing profit and loss performance reports, opening and closing the store, counting register funds, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing new talent, loss prevention training, managing the stockroom, and ensuring a great store experience for our customers.
Achievements during my time managing this store:
Our shrink was reduced from a 57 unit loss per week to a 43 unit loss per week.
Our conversion on the year averaged a 19.8%, exceeding both the company goal of 15% and our district's average of 17.4%.
We consistently hit and exceeded our weekly online sales goal of $800 a week, ending the year with a total of 43.3k in in-store online sales.
Our store achieved the highest customer service rating in the company for January 2016. Ratings were determined by customer experience surveys, and reset each month.
